I've successfully run a $110 mil version [now in its 7th season], but I'm interested in creating a $90 mil version, hopefully attracting more small-market franchises.

An owner may have only 1 franchise in this league, however the same franchise may be chosen an unlimited number of times.
With a $90 mil cap and no AAA, the 2 World Series teams will have an advantage in the TOC [We'll be placed in a TOC with other $80 mil teams with worthless AAA on their rosters].
$90 million salary cap.
Standard WIS format.
No DH, AAA, WW, trades, clones, or injuries.
50 minimum live for playoffs. All playoff games must be played live [including any play-in games].
Must choose stadium your franchise played in.
Must use franchise name [or close variation] in team name.
Minimum 1375 IP and 5000 PA.
Random realignment.
