for the first time i can remember, the GLV of tark has 2 openings! if you are looking for a hyper-competitive conference that is most likely HD's longest running conference dynasty, this is the place for you. the last 3 seasons have been right around our average performance over the past 3 years, and we walked away with all 3 NT trophies and all 3 PIT trophies.
first opening, bellarmine, national champions. bellarmine only went 9-7 in the GLV this year but all that means is you are very good... its a very tough run through conference play. we have something like 8-10 guys with 2+ championships so you rarely get an easy game. come pick up this a+ school and join the fray on level footing!
second opening, mercyhurst. for a long time, mercyhurst was a long time member of the GLV's "big three", and one of the best program in all of tark. now, they have slipped a bit, they are down to a B- with a decent group of players returning. not a major rebuild but they definitely need some love.
