Is there anyway to make sure one guy gets more innings than another guy in the bullpen in the same position?  For example; if I have 2 guys in the "setup B" spot and I dont want to move either to setup A, is there anyway to make sure the better pitcher gets more innings or comes in first before fatiguing out?

One way might be to set the pitch counts higher for the guy you want to get more innings. But in my experience, the sim seems to pick the guy with the better ratings to come in first, assuming the game is still in doubt and not a blowout.
