Who can C prestige teams recruit? Can they go after 4-stars? What's the ceiling for OA ranking? 50? Thanks!

You can go after a 4*, but once anybody sees a C prestige is on him, he'll be gone in a heartbeat.

I've gotten recruits as high as 19th for their position, usually around 100 or so overall.  You can get in the double digits for overall rankings (think I've landed someone in the 80's a season or two ago, may have been C+ then), but you run the risk of a BCS school coming in and taking him away usually.

3* players will not take calls, and a 2*(!) -- the #19 PG, #117 OA -- gave the backup message.  Maybe your answer was true for a C+, but definitely not for a C...

I have recruited 4 star players with a C prestige before.

zach, things have gotten a little wonky with recruits...I know you haven't been back long - was this before you left?

this was my first year recruiting at D1 with a C prestige.  I got backup messages from 3 stars but was able to recruit 2 stars. 

Oddly, another C is recruiting a 2* who's 14th at his position, 99th OA.  

Yet I can't recruit a 2* who's 19/117?  

Is it just me?

there is a random element in recruiting it seems. some kids will talk to you, other similar ones won't depending on they agendas I suppose...

Yes. I assumed since I am seeing much better 'ranked' recruits at a B in d2 recruiting it shouldn't have changed  in D1. Could be wrong but I have recruited 4 stars with the current potential model at C level schools.
