Round 1 Pick 24 -Eddie Collins 2B-33 Year Old HOFer who will kick off 1920 with a .372 Average.  A Player who slipped all the way down to 24, and may very well be the steal of the Draft.  There's only 3 guys, who have over 12,000 PA's with Career Averages over .330-Cobb-Musial-Collins.  Eddie will have a Career Average of .347, during the time he Plays for me 1920-1927!

Round 2 Pick 1 Ty Cobb OF-33 Year Old HOFer, who fell all the way down to Round 2?  Cobb will be the guy to drive Eddie Collins in.  Ty Cobb has to many Awards and Recognitions to list here. Cobb will have a Career Averg. of .357 during the time he Plays for me 1920-1928!

Round 3 Pick 24 Billy Williams OF-32 Year Old HOFer, has his best Year in Baseball in 1970 with a .322 Averg. and 42 HR's.  Billy well be provided with many opportunities to knock in plenty og RBI's with Collins and Cobb Batting in front of him in the Lineup.  Billy has a little dip in 1971 with a .301 Averg. and 28 HR's but then rebounds in 1972 with his 2cond best Year in Baseball when he hits .333 and 37 HR's.

Round 4 Pick 1 Jesse Barnes P-27 Year Old Right Handed Pitcher.  Wins 20 Games in 1920, then continues his Career till 1924 with an abundance of ings.

Round 5 Pick 24 Jim Brewer P-Will be Team's Closer from 1970 till 1974.  As good as any Reliever in the League.  Will have the advantage of Pitching from the Left side against the many Left Handed Bats from the 20's.

Round 6  Pick 1-Bill Doak P-29 Year Old Right Handed Pitcher.  Wins 20 Games in 1920 and 15 in 1921.

Round 7 Pick 24-Rico Carty OF-Teams hired Gun, who will play only 1 Season.  But what a Season!  .366 Averg. with 25 HR's!

Round 8 Pick 1-Frank Howard OF/1B-Adds some more Octane to the middle of the Lineup with a .298 Averg with 44 HR's.

Round 9 Pick 24-Fred Toney P-Two Year Right Handed Pitcher, who fits well, by Winning 21 Games in 1920 and 18 in 1921.

Round 10 Pick 1-Jim Hickman-Will be a 3 Year Player, but was Drafted because of his Monster 1970 Year-.315 with 32 HR's.

Round 11 Pick 24-Fred Nicholson OF-With only 286 PA's in 1920, but with a .360 Averg. Fred was selected as a needed Super Sub for Cobb's 521 PA's and Carty's 560 PA's.  The Team won't miss a step with Nicholson in the Line Up. 2 Year Player who hits .327 next year.

Round 12 Pick 1-Larry Gardner 3B-Figures as the Teams 3 Year Starter at 3B.  Reliable Bat and Glove, that the Team was lucky to pick up at this point in the Draft,

Round 13 Pick 24-Stan Williams P-One of the top Set Up Men in the League. Will team with Jim Brewer, to give the Club a strong Pen.

Round 14 Pick 1-Dana Fillingim P-Work Horse Pitcher who will provide the Team with 290 ings in 1920 as a Starter and out of the Pen.  Figures to be Team's #2 Pitcher in 1921.

Round 15 Pick 24-Leo Cardenas SS-A/B Fielding SS in 1970 who hits 18 HR's in 1971.

Round 16 Pick 1-Vin Clemons C-Hits .283 with substancial PA's for a Catcher in 1920 and then hits over .300 in 1921.

Round 17 Pick 24-Atlanta Fulton County Stadium-A launching Pad for Frank Howard, Jim Hickman, Billy Williams and Rico Carty.

Round 18 Pick 1-Muary Wills SS-2 Year SS, who will share playing time with Cardenas in 1970 and 1971. 

Round 19 Pick 24-Ellie Hendricks C-Left Handed Platoon along with Clemons behind the plate.  Excellent Defensive C with some pop who will be a good match with HR friendly Fulton County Stadium.

Round 20 Pick 1-Hippo Vaughn P-1 Year guy with 300+ ings.  Gives the Team a needed Left Handed Pitcher to Start and work out of the Pen.  Low HR ratio, makes him a good fit for new Home Ball Park.

Round 21 Pick 24-Joe Evans OF-Hits .349 with 199 PA's in 1920.  Will be a Pinch Hitter for the Tomahawks  C and SS.  A valuable Player off the Bench along with Fred Nicholson.  Hits well enough in 1921 to be a Part Time DHer next year.

Round 22 Pick 1-Hoyt Wilhelm P-Will be given a shot at being the Set Up B out of the Pen for the Tomahawks.

Round 23 Pick 24-Babe Towbly OF-Picked for 1921, when Babe hits .370 as a Part Time DH.

Round 24 Pick 1 Von Joshua OF-Has a solid year in 1975 that the organization is willing to wait for when Von hits .318 Steals 30 Bases,  andFields A/B

Round 25 Pick 24 Leron Lee OF-Solid Part Time year in 72, will allow Leron to play in RF to replace Jim Hickman who will move to 1B.

Round 26 Pick 1 Lefty Tyler P-Extra Left Handed Pitcher in the Pen, to Pitch against all those Left Handed Bats from 1920.
