In a league right, I am in a 3 way tie.  I am tied with a team for the division and all 3 teams are tied for tor the Wild Card.  Anyone know how this tie breaker plays out?

Yes.  The 2 teams in the division play for the division title.  The winner gets the division.  The loser then plays the 3rd team for the Wild Card.  (Even though the loser of the first game technically no longer has the same record as the 3rd team, they are still considered "tied.")

These are the exact rules used by MLB - detailed here: http://www.baseball-reference.com/bullpen/Resolution_of_ties_in_division_races

The scenario in question is scenario 5.

If I recall correctly the playoff games in your scenario do not count to the regular season record.  Therefore the loser of the first playoff game is still tied with the third team .  I am not entirely sure, but I think this differs from the pre-wild card era playoff rules, where tie-breakers were considered in-season.
