Does anyone know if there is any significance to a scouting report comparing a player to "Teen Wolf"? I have seen this several times, and I was 2wondering if this meant the player might have some hidden attributes or multipliers?

This is incredibly funny, no matter how the post was intended to be taken!

My guess is chapelhillne is under the age of 21.

LOL - I think I saw the movie once - I am actually in my 50s. I have just seen it in several messages over the course of many seasons, and wondered if this was just one of their funny phrases, or if it had some significance. If I remember in the movie, he was like a super athletic player.

I've always taken it to mean that he is not a team player. He is a ball hog who will take low percentage shots like shooting over a doubleteam rather than pass to an open teammate.

+1 Ball Hog

I thought it meant he will continue to overlook the nice girl in love with him to chase after the hot chick

It doesn't have any practical, in-game application.

'Teen Wolf' was  a Michael J. Fox movie, not to be confused with Michael Landon's first film, "I Was A  Teenage Werewolf"  That 1957 cult classic was released as a double-feature with "Invasion of the Saucer Men".   It spawned two spin-offs, "I Was A Teenage Frankenstein" and "Blood of Dracula", the title of which could've been "I was a Teenage Vampire".

Michael Landon followed 'Werewolf' with the long-running "Bonanza" TV show, then 'Little House on the Prairie", then that 'heaven'  show, the exact name of which I can't recall.

+1 Ball Hog
But didn't Teen Wolf make almost every shot he took even over double teams?

Yes but he was hairy which made guys not want to guard him closely.  Your guy won't be as lucky ;-)

Anyone younger than 35 may not understand.  Michael J. Fox...funny movie.

It means "ball hog" dude.   "I would rather take a shot than pass"

Yeah I think this is a remnant from an early version of the game, just like those bad character messages you sometimes see in SVs or in the email you get at signing. Although I'd still rather not sign a guy with that message about a possible rape charge..just seems like bad mojo.

Here is a nice link to some methods for guarding Teen Wolf, should you happen to be playing against a team who signs this player: http://www.mcsweeneys.net/articles/covering-teen-wolf-one-coachs-guide .
