I got a guy I promised 15min.  he is avg. 13+ min.  will this be a problem and if so will I get an email from him so I can run up his min when I play lessor opponents??  or is the 13min close enough?   any thoughts..

I believe 13 is close. If he is unhappy, yes, you will get an email. His WE will drop when he complains, but if you up his minutes average over the next few games he will send another email telling you how great you are and WE will return...

At 13, you might be OK.  If he's unhappy, you'll get an Email. Usually, he'll tell you exactly what he wants...."3-4 more minutes/game, etc."

So, if he's averaging 13 min, but wants 17, you can start over with your minutes. He just needs to average 17 min  from now on.
