If you cut a guy you recruited a year earlier? Does it have a big affect on your current recruiting? I'm not worried about getting a new job, I plan to stay at this one for a while.

If it is just 1 player you are cutting and you are at an A+ you will drop to a B+/A- I believe. It will not have much affect on recruiting, although all things being equal in a battle other than rep and yes it could matter.
