% health before a guy expects to play Topic

It has been too long since I had a player with a really serious injury.  Anyone have a sense of what % health level the player begins to think he should be playing for promised minutes purposes?  I'm thinking that I can keep him on the bench until 80% or so and not have him mind....maybe

I think 80% is safe.   Be aware, however, if you bring him back with limited minutes, he won't understand that. He'll still your  promise to be fulfilled

do guys not improve in practice if their health is not at 100%? I have had a guy who since getting hurt has been available to play in every game and hasnt improved his ratings at all (He has plenty of potential left). I'm worried because his health has only improved 3% each day so if it continues at that rate he wont see any development for almost half the season!

You don't have to play guys every game to keep promises regardless of injury.  You can promise a guy a start and 20 minutes and then start him and get him a 20 minute average every time he plays and he'll be happy as long as he gets into 15 or 16 games.

If you're referring to your St. Martin's team, and PG Deville, it's only been 3 games since he was injured.  That may not be enough time to see improvement, especially since his WE is only 33.

they still improve if they're healthy enough to play.

but that improvement will be at a somewhat slower rate than it would be if health was at 100%
