Will a AAA player improve the longer they stay down or does it not matter either way when you bring him up?

In addition to that question, if you dont mind me asking snydpie, does a player regain health faster when he is in the bigs or in AAA, or does it matter?

The AAA in an open league are below average regular players with fony names attatched. I believe they stay the same regardless if the are brought up or not.  You can identify AAA players by reviewing this site http://www.whatifsports.com/forums/Posts.aspx?TopicID=388184

How long they stay in the minors has no impact on either performance or rate of recovery.

Chisox is correct that AAA players are real life players in the WIS database with falsified names.  They will not improve at all regardless of when you bring them up as their stats are tied to their real life stats.

As for fatigue recovery, players sent down to AAA do not recover any faster than players set to "Rest" on your bench. The advantage of sending them down to AAA is that they will be guaranteed to not play as long as they are down there ensuring they will not get any PAs or throw pitches while allowing you to bring up a rested player to replace them.
