And the recruit is only considering the sim school.

Why doesn't the recruit sign at the first signing period?

Does this mean anything in regards to how hard it might be to go after said recruit??

Sims don't sign players right at signing, but you won't able to sign him w/o dumping alot of money.

Thanks. Never figured out before that the sim recruits don't sign at the first signing session.

Sims can sign players at the first signing cycle, if he isn't signing I would imagine someone else is putting some sort of effort into the recruit.
