I am looking to pick up a team in Phelan, looking for an active conference. Any sugestions?

I just picked up my first team and i am in the Commonwealth Coast Conference, but there are only two human coaches in this conference.  Good luck with your search.  My team is Endicott, but i do not plan to say in division III very long.  I am thinking three seasons just to understand how all this works. 

If you decide to switch next year, see if there are any openings in the USA South. We are full this year..

Thanks i will look for you guys and find a better conference with human coaches.  This will be a good experience for me since I am new to the league.  Should be fun, I just need to learn the ropes.  Recruiting appears to be the big thing and finding the jewels that others do not find.  i am going to have to learn when to buy the scouting book, i think i bought it too quickly my first time and my money is running out fast.

You can also email me at [email protected] - I would probably see that first anyway. One big key to recruiting in Division 3 is to stay close to your school - under 200 miles if possible. It is much cheaper to recruit, so the money will last much longer.
