I am racking my brain because I keep looking around to apply a redshirt, where do I do this? 

On the Office page - you must have a season in your account in said world to apply one.

I have 4 seasons left and when I look on the office tab I don't see anything to redshirt. Do you mean I had to have already played a full season?

Try deleting cookies.  It should be on the Office page, on the right side of the list of players.

I really want to redshirt someone and exhibition games are coming up today. I am going to keep the player out until I figure this out, should I send WIS a ticket? 

its right next to the players name in the roster that you see on the office page.

Got it thanks, I never clicked on the actual office, I was using the drop down off of the office. Thank you

You don't need to look under the office tab.  Once you click on it, or are just on your team homepage, you should have a roster, listing all your players and a bunch of info for them.  All the way to the right, you have redshirt buttons, one for each player.  When you click on that, it will open a pop up, asking if you really want to redshirt him.  Click yes, and he will be redshirted.  On the next cycle (2, 5, 8, 11 EST) you will get the player's reaction.
