Ok, this is not a complaint, but merely a question that I have regarding the calculation of the rankings. I have a DIII team in Knight that is unranked, sitting unofficially at #27. Here are my stats:

5-2 against the top 25
rpi 15
sos 35
In my conference, there are 2 ranked teams:

0-1 vs top 25
rpi 42
sos 130
I have beaten this team twice in a period of 6 games, while they were ranked both times, and still could not pass them or even get ranked.

I have split 2 games with this team and am playing a 3rd time for the CT title.
Can you tell me why these two teams are ranked and I am not? If I win the CT, I think I will leapfrog them, but given my rpi & sos advantage, I thought I might be ranked above these two teams. There are a few teams in the top 25 that have my same record approximately and have crap for sos and such. Can someone give me some insight?
