I thought the ratings were:

Most sims   =   0
Me              =   1
Good Sims  =   2
Humans      =   3

Trentonjoe, I think the original was 6 conference champion contender 10 deep tournament run 15 NT contender     ... althought there are several teams that have been 15 20.. 

The rates apply to beginning of the season ratings though.

the average ACC team in Allen is probably close to 20 (halfway thru season rather than season start numbers)
Maryland has a 22 rating and is 1-5 in conference.
