Never recruited a JUCO before, so I guess I just never paid attention, but how do JUCO IQs work?  Higher than high schoolers?  Any chance they would already be at a "B/B-"?

Soph Jucos generally come in with a B- IQ
Juniors will often have B or higher. 

I think it depends on what their high school IQ was along with how quick they are to learn a set. 
Since a lot of these guys are Jucos because of initial grade from high school, they tend to be a bit slower at picking up O/D sets.

Thanks, OW.  That's what I hoped to hear.  Even if the guy is in the B range, he is still probably better than my current starter.
