I am in the 1st year of a progressive and I thought I had one of the best teams in the league, but they are struggling below .500. I suspect my stadium is not appropriate for my team, but I can only change stadiums once in 10 years, so I would like advice on what to do.
I have a good offense, but my pitching stinks something awful. On paper they should be a top 5 unit, but they are actually bottom 5. 19th in ERA, 17th in WHIP, 22nd in OVA in a 24 team league. They are also 21st in HR but 8th in BB.
My stadium is Shea, which is 0 for singles and -1 for everything else, with a factor of .93. I thought that would be good for my pitchers but it seems to be an offensive haven despite the factor. Should I stay at Shea and see what next season brings or move to a different stadium? If the latter, what specs should I seek to make my pitching more competitive?
