Fatigue and Injury Topic

My team is in a rebuilding situation - I currently have 1 sr, 4 sophs and 7 frosh. I plan on cutting 3 of the sophs next year for a grand total of 5 schollies next season.

Because of this, I want to get my frosh and 1 sophomore all the minutes that I have. I currently have a rotation of 7 players, with some of the frosh getting 30+ minutes. My question is if I continually play these players with low stamina/durability at 30+ minutes, do I run a higher risk of injury? Common sense would say so, but I'm not sure if the engine takes this into account or if it's just totally random.

No. Yes. Sort of. 2 things to consider:

1) Just playing means you may get hurt. The more minutes you play means more chances to get hurt. But the odds are very very little and more than offset by the benefits of playing more minutes. Unless, maybe...

2) I believe the engine does take into account how tired the guy is. The more tired = more chance of injury.

So crank up the minutes but don't super horribly exhaust them. Going slowdown with "getting tired" seems a fairly medium approach. I guess slowly wandering aimlessly about the court gets you lots of experience without the exhaustion of actual physical work.

If your going with starting freshmen and not really trying to win games (which, with your current roster, isn't really an option....), I would take that redshirt off of Cobb ASAP and start him to get his WE up
Otherwise, you'll see minimal growth this season, and his WE will remain low, whereas you could start him and see a solid increase in WE.
