We need 5 coaches in the A10 in Naismith. Wanting coaches who would dedicate to schedule teams that thay have a good shot at beating. Like teams that are no more than 25 points higher in team rating. I have been paying close attention to other conferences and it seems to make a huge difference if all of your conference teams go into Conference play with an average of 8 wins. Seems to increase your SOS and RPI and subsequently Conference teams in post season play.

Anyway. You want to do something fun and make the A10 a top 5,4, maybe 3 Conference come jump on board. I think it will be fun and there is no telling how much crazy topics , debate, and conversation this might generate.

I'd love to try this in Crum.  I am in D2 there still, so recruit me to your conference :)
