Sort Order for the AC "Player Thoughts" Message Topic

Can you please change the sort order for the attributes in the Player's Thought message?

The order now is no conducive to tracking the attributes easily.

A much better way would be:

Conditioning:
Stamina
Athleticism
Speed
Shot Blocking (either here or Footwork)
Durability

Rebounding

Footwork:
Defensive Fundamentals
Shot Blocking (either here or under Conditioning)
Low Post

Perimeter
Ball Handling
Passing
Free Throws

The current order makes no logical sense ... specifically, Stamina and Durability (Conditioning items) are at the end just before free throw shooting, etc.

Also ... why send it after exhibition game 1 and not before.  I would like to set practice before game one, which means I need to write down or somehow track outside the game my potentials to set them for freshman before the first game.  For transfers (or internationals) there is no easy way to get that potential.  Why not just send the "Player Thought" e-mail with the other stuff at season roll over so I can practice minutes set correctly before game 1 of exhibition ... not set it before game 1 and correct it before game 2.

hughes - I disagree 100% on point #1.  In fact it was a suggestion of mine to put it in this exact order.   The order lines up 100% with the player ratings on the team page and makes it very easy to cut/paste/ and code them on an excel spreadsheet.   Whether its logical or not, its the same order as on the plaer tab.

I think other people do the same because when they announced the change several people posted they liked the new order.

On point #2 I am not sure what their rationale is for delaying a day but I don't find it to be a big deal one way or another since it's only one day.

yep on point 1 - I agree with mully

on point 2, the more time we get the better, so I am all for giving us the info right away.  I wonder if the reason is to resemble real life, i.e. that we don't find out about our players until they have practiced some?

I have a spreadsheet where I put the potentials ... and having all the Conditioning things together is much better where I am concerned.

I can't see any benefit at all to having practice things that affect the Conditioning be out of order.  I mean, you put minutes in Conditioning, not Durability or Stamina, why have Durability and Stamina be separated from the other 3 attributes that effect Conditioning?

But if others see this as a good thing, I guess that is fine.

I was thinking the same thing that mully said, that it made sense because it followed the order the attributes are listed on the practice plan page.

But I totally agree that they should send it the morning that recruits roll over onto your team. And for that matter, a recruit should appear on your team as soon as he signs!

As it turns out, seble has told us that having recruits appear on your team right away is something they would like to do but that it represents a significant programming challenge.  I can understand that completely, as right now it seems pretty clear that the transition from "recruit" to "active player" for a given individual is processed at the end of the recruiting period.  Making that a flexible event in time could require significant reprogramming.  There are higher priorities.

My $.019, I use a spreadsheet as well, and to be in the same order as the roster page makes it much much easier to update their attributes, etc, which in turn, makes this order for potentials much easier for me.

maybe it was a year ago when they fixed the order to match the roster page - that was a great move - please dont change the order

What's a spreadsheet? I thought it was one of those things you use at work or people with too much time ontheir hands or only one hobby use ;)
Don't change the order.
No reason not to send out the player thoughts earlier though.
Honestly, everyone who follows their team or recruits passably should have a general idea of their players potentials.
