Type D comp and money Topic

So, I made an offer to my 1st round draft pick. He rejected it and raised his demands, and now I don't have enough prospect money to sign him.  He's got a blue X by his name right now so I'm assuming I'll get a Type D pick next year. 

My question is, what about the rest of my prospect money?  It says the 3.5M that I originally offered to this 1st pick is now "available" because the prospect rejected my original offer.  Can I offer that money to my lower picks or IFA's?  Will I still get the Type D pick? I never withdrew the offer, it got rejected.

Yes, first demand met and rejected.  You can do as you please with that money.
