6m prospect minimum(non-transferable) Topic

I've signed(or been final declined with the red x) all my draft picks.  I have 0 in IFA.   And I'm looking at this:

Prospect Payroll Budget: $6,000,000

Prospect Payroll Used: $1,974,000

Prospect Payroll Available: $4,026,000



While I recognize that I probably should have planned better(by putting 1m in IFA), it seems like I should be able to transfer a couple mil to payroll.   Don't really need it but 4m is a lot of "wasted" budget. 


Is this something that happens often?  Should it be addressed?

I thought that the $6m prospect budget floor was removed after the draft.  No?

From the "Budget Transfer" page:

  • You must maintain at least $6M in your prospect budget or sign 15 prospects from your amateur draft.

Looks like you're referring to Coopertown.  You signed more than 15 draftees, so you should be able to transfer the remaining budget (less the 50% tax) without restriction.  If it's not letting you do that, it may be ticket time.
