Initially low WE improvement question? Topic

If a guy has an initial WE in the single digits...what is the maximum WE growth, and subsequent effect to growth in other attributes you can expect over his career (assuming he gets substantial playing time and possibly a starting spot beginning his freshman season)?

single digit assume no growth.

thanks for the info dwoe. and just to clarify...are you saying that i can assume no growth to the players WE over his career...or no growth to his WE and his other attributes over his career?

Maybe, if you do EVERTHING RIGHT, he doubles his WE and grow 80 points  over 4 years.   That's an absolute BEST case scenario.   Fifty points is probably more accurate.

I have gotten 60 or so from WE guys in the low teens.   I am assuming single digits isn't much worse.

just about whatever you gain during the season will be lost in the off season.

I inherited a SimAI recruit who had a WE of 12 (improved to 13 during the season)  -- surprisingly, he did not lose a point in the off-season, but he only gained 19 during the year as a junior.
