Recruiting tab missing Topic

On the recruitprofile page I only have the"ratings"-tab not the other ones (like recruiting actions ...)
Anyone had this problem before ? Signing start today and i still can't do any recruiting actions.

have you been able to take recruiting actions on prior days? 

try clearing cookies and cache, close and reopen your browser; reboot.

I have not been able to take any recruiting actions this recruiting period.
However, this is my third season and I did not have any problems the previous seasons.
I have tried the things you suggested several times the last couple of days but it still doesn't seem to work.

try a different browser (Internet explorer, Chrome, or Firefox)-- I bet that makes it work...
