I have '15 Tim McCabe on an open league team. I'm in the first round of the playoffs and McCabe has pitched only 30 innings during the season, and he actually threw 44 IP in real life.  Why would he be showing at 85% rather than 100% in regards to fatigue?  It's as if he is on the DL for the first round of the playoffs for me. 

Did you have him all season?  Looks like he first played for you on 11/28, so I am guessing he was a WW pickup?

If so, you don't get 44IP - you get a prorated portion of that based on how much of the season was left when you acquired him.  My guess is pitching him 6 innings at 98% on 12/24 burned out all his useable innings.  You may get a reprieve if he advance a round or 2 in the postseason.
