Low Potential Rating Improves with 0 Practice Time Topic

Anyone ever seen this before? I have a player in Phelan (a sophomore guard) who improved from 32 to 33 in LP. He has Low Potential in LP, and I have never put so much as a single minute of practice time in this category. Oh, and his WE is 11. Seems like a glitch?

A long time ago I had a SG increase by 1 in REB midway through the season despite having zero practice minutes in that category. I think he had low potential in that area, but I'm not exactly sure anymore. I thought it was very weird as well.
