Tips for Getting a Pitcher to Drop a Pitch Topic

Does anybody have any tips, or at least have a good track record of getting pitching prospects to drop dreadful 5th pitches?  I've got a guy with a 6-rated P5 that would be wonderful to get rid of.  Is there more to it than "get the best Pitching Coach for that level money can buy"?

Pitching coach is the only factor that I've ever heard of.

I yell "QUIT THROWING THAT PITCH, DUMBASS!!!!" when he loses.

Try throwing a chair at the computer. That helps too.
