Here's an extremely minor suggestion, but it should at least be pretty simple to do:
How about highlighting the players from your team on the Awards Page in the same way players from your team are highlighted on the Hall of Fame nominations page. Specifically, it would be most helpful on the All-star and Future game rosters, but I guess could apply to the others as well.
