Slim to nil, i believe.  I think those types usually sign eventually, but only after raising their demands.  And their demands usually start out higher than slot too.

As best I can tell, $12.0 mil is the most he'll ask for on a counter offer.  If you don't have the much, or if he's not worth that much of your prospect budget, its safter to find someone else.
