What's more interesting is his OBP v RHP is .219 and v LHP is .214, yet his overall is lower than either at .213.

That can happen because the components of ops don't have common units.

Interesting.  But I sometimes question some of the pitching lines that WIS attributes to pitchers.  For example, I once had a game where one relieve was charged with only 1 earned run, but 5 unearned runs, even though my team only had 1 error. Or a situation where a pitcher has sub .200 OAV and a sub .300 OBP against, with no HRs allowed and only a handful of walks, but yet, has a ridiculously high ERA and slgpct against.

The latter scenario just means he gave up a few hits that were all clustered together. It happens.

an error that would have been the 3rd out in an inning leads to any runs being scored in that inning after the error to be unearned.
