Because since the job change updates there hasn't been anyone fired in any world, and in fact, a few coaches are posting in their CC that their job statuses are actually improving despite having another bad season.

When was the last time a coach in any world was fired? How many firings how there been since the most recent jobs formula update?

Firings have always been rare in HD. It looks like the last firings were several seasons ago for most worlds. In general there is about one firing every couple seasons.

They've never been THAT rare - the usual was one or two a season for every world. It looks like the recent changes have not only made job mobility tougher but made firings - literally! - non-existent.

We've always been conservative with firings because of the potential negatives of removing a coach from his team.

But I'm especially noting that a CHANGE has occurred. General consensus among coaches has been that firings were too conservative to begin with, but what I'm saying is that they've gotten MORE conservative in recent months.

It's possible as a side effect of the changes to the job process. It's on the list for review, but is not a super high priority right now.
