Could this guy play SF? Topic

Hey guys,

Can this guy hack it at SF? Obviously his PER is not good, but everything else is pretty solid. He started at PF last year and I have some younger guys I think would really be better at PF if I could move this guy to SF.

Heck yes. If a guy has 50+ ATH, SPD, and DEF at D3, he can be a solid SF, even with some shortcomings on offense. Your guy has all that, plus above-average REB and DEF. I'd play him at SF in a heartbeat.

A very similar player made DIII AA a few seasons ago in Smith. With his speed, athleticism and the skill he has at low post, he can actually provide quite the offensive power. Just make sure he's not shooting any 3's.

I prefer 40+ BH and Pass from my SF.  I would still say that SF is that guy's best position, but be aware he will commit some turnovers.

His ball handling is still blue in potential, so he should get much better handling the ball

Sf should be fine, as noted set 3 pts at minus 2
