I have selected the wrong stadium for our theme league and need to go out and change it. It used to be you'd have to send admin a sitemail and wait for them to respond etc . . . and it was not unusual for someone to replace you in the league while you were getting things fixed.

That has been changed - I believe. I haven't had to use it since the change so . . .  I don't know how. Can someone point me in the right direction?

In your team center, there is an icon next to the league number.  Clicking on that removes your team from the league and returns it to the draft center.  It keeps the team intact, so you don't need to redraft everybody.
