General Manager's page defaults Topic

Here is how it is currently:

Before spring training during the "offseason" period when you go to the GM's page it defaults to show spring training statistics for your players.

During spring training the GM's page defaults to show regular season stats for your players.

After spring training (during regular season)  the GM's page defaults to show regular season stats for your players.

What I believe would be more helpful to owners:

During the offseson owners are trying to improve their teams and fill holes on the roster by making trades, promoting players and signing free agents.  In order to evaluate the current status of their team to decide how to improve it, one needs to view the current ratings of the players on the team.  As it is now, when going to the GM's page to view your team you see all zeros because spring training games have not started yet.  Wouldn't it be more helpful if the default was to show current ratings before spring training games start?

During spring training, one again gets all zeros when going to the GM's page because it is showing regular season stats for your players.  What good are regular season stats during spring training?  Why not actually show spring training stats during spring training?  I know many owners ignore what happens during spring training but regular season stats of zeros are totally useless where as spring training stats might actually be used by a few owners.

During the regular season I personally would perfer to see the GM's page default to current ratings but I can see where having the default be to show regular season stats would be useful as well.

The only time I ever, and I mean ever, look at spring training stats is when I look at the set lineup page during spring training. Which is once or twice per spring training, if that.
