I had a 5* kid want to leave because he got 24+ minutes instead of the 30 I promised.  He is 30 miles from me.  What challenges do I face going after him again?  Will I start off in a hole?  Or do I just start over from scratch?

Just for future reference, I'd never recommend promising that much again. 20 is my max, as there is almost no way to ensure he plays more than that without setting the depth chart with him as a starter and a #1 backup for multiple positions.
