Any advice on the best way to utilize this staff?  Ive used Poppel/Cordero as a tandem for a while, it's worked alright.  But chances are Im not using the staff to their full potential.

My first move would be to take Winn out of the rotation and put poppel and Cordero in to make a five man rotation. Spot check every once in a while for fatigue and if you see someone is not ready, throw Clark or Kerr with Winn as my third choice. You have a lot of SP, so you'll have plenty of options to keep everyone healthy.

And maybe dangle one as trade bait, so you can either a) grab another SuA b) fill a positional need or c) get some more prospects into your farm.

That starting rotation looks very good to me.  On the strength of it alone, in my world you would almost certainly have a 90+ win team.  I would not mess with it.  Cordero to spot start as SP5.  Kerr as an LRA.  Downs as a closer.  Everyone else as a SuA.  And I like the idea of dangling one of your 60-ish Stam guys in the bullpen, because they're all good enough to trade for, but have very similar attributes.
