The question is how many errors, plus and minus plays do these guys commit?

Well, being that I don't lose any sleep when it comes to the number of plus or minus plays that my teams may commit, with that lineup and your pitching, I wouldn't even worry about it because you're gonna win a lot of games regardless.

I use Schang a lot, and he usually gets around 40% of those who attempt theft, PBs and errors always within acceptable ranges. Oddly, the more extreme a pitcher's park, the better his BA. I don't use any of your other hitters. I have gone woth '15 Cravath, '18 Ruth and '99 Freeman several times, and made the playoffs (but never a championship) every time. Their defense was never an issue. I don't think I would use Freeman again, because unless he hits 50 HRs (which he sometimes does) his OBP doesn't justify drafting him. But Ruth and Cravath never let me down, offense or defense. Schang is on several active teams of mine now, you can check his numbers easily.
