I've got a really good one. Would be great if it were the opposite!  Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Dude Bush

I saw a list of real life guys that batter right and threw left. Pretty rare. The best of all time was RIckey Henderson and it gets  worse pretty quickly from there. Rounding out the top ten are Cody Ross and Ryan Ludwick. Ouch! So anyone else out there have a good one?
Randy Johnson was a pretty good real life player. He threw left and batted right. In Happy Jack there was a catcher of all things that had that combo. I thought he had made the HOF because I remember talking to iain about it.

No Catchers in the Happy Jack HOF... just went to check because I wanted to see how there was a LH throwing C, and what kind of a defensive liability he was.  I would think it would be similar to a LH 2B, as far as poor plays with a really bad CS%... do you remember what his PC was? (i.e. why was a lefty playing C... did he truly have C ratings, or like 40 PC and someone decided to plug him in at C to get his bat in the L/U?)

I grew up playing ball with a guy who was a good player who fit this profile. His situation was the result of learning to hit with two older brothers who were both right-handed.

There was 0 defensive liability. He put up the same D numbers a right would with comparable ratings (and they were true Catcher ratings).

I had this guy:
Hardball Dynasty – Fantasy Baseball Sim Games - Player Profile: Lyle Bolling

He was tricky because on the lineup page, he has "(R)" next to his name.  He had SS ratings, but threw lefty.  I mistakenly played him at SS for quite some time before I realized what a dumbass I was being.  Of course, after he later moved on, other owners continued the practice...

I also had a buddy of mine growing up who threw lefty and hit righty - played 1B.  One game, just for the heck of it, he hit lefty and jacked two home runs.  I told him he was a dumbass....

I throw righty and bat lefty. Also play golf and hockey left handed as well. I just like having my strong hand at the base of the bat/club/stick. Obviously my right arm is stronger than my left so I like to lead with that arm.
