St. Bonaventure in Iba is one of the most dominant D1 teams. They won the last NC.

There have been several good mid major teams in Iba, but the A10 has been the conference of champions...Dayton is also very strong

Yeah, I wouldn't consider the A-10 to be a true mid-major. Every team in the conference has a baseline prestige of B or B-minus. They're closer to being a BCS conference than they are to the next best conference below them (in terms of baseline).
