Does anyone know how create a private league in Hardball Dynasty?

You have to go through CS via a ticket and get their approval.  They'll tell you what the current criteria is.

Basicly you need to create a bunch of alaises boost their post count, clamor a lot and wait a few months. At least that seems to be the recent trend.
