I'll add one more to metsmax's list:
4. Big men are much more likely to go EE/get drafted than guards.
In Phelan a couple of seasons ago, there were 18 or 19 players that declared early... not a single one was a guard. That prompted me to check all the NBA drafts I still had in my inbox from past seasons (I think 18 in all... it was a sample size of over 1000 players). I found that only half as many guards were drafted as you'd expect if all positions were treated equally. Which means that big men are 2 to 3 times more likely to go EE or get drafted than guards. I did send a ticket about this, and was told that they were going to add this to their list of fixes to make, as they agreed that there should not be this bias towards big men.
