IMO, we need to decide on a "theme" for the team, and draft in accordance with that theme. Pitching and ballpark must each conform to that theme. Fatigue in the pitching is the single most destructive element to a team, so it is imperative to draft sufficient innings and bodies to control fatigue. Of course, the right selections as to performance also helps. We all know, or should take the time to learn, who the cookies are, and they are always well represented in 80m leagues. As long as I don't out think myself, I know I will be competitive.
