Without looking too closely at your particular team, a couple of general things: 1) You run fcp defense and the press is prone to more fouls. Your 19 fouls/game isn't all that high for a press. Fouls are also caused by low IQ and guys playing tired, which doesn't look like the case with your team. 2) If you want certain players on the floor more when they're in foul trouble, set their "foul trouble" setting (on the Player Game Plan page) to "more aggressive". You risk having them foul out, but that's a gamble you take. 3) If you're using target minutes for playing time, switch to fatigue settings. Guys won't be on the floor as much when they're tired. The rule I use is if the starter is considerably better than the backup, use "getting tired" (or even "tired"), if they're fairly close in talent, use "fairly fresh". 4) Distribution is pretty straightforward. Give more to your better scorers (however you want to define them). I almost never go higher than 24 for one individual player. Against a man-to-man defense, I adjust distro slightly depending on the matchups. Don't know if that's what you're looking for, but that's my two cents for whatever it's worth (probably just 2 cents).
