Zone can hide bad players best, so I'd say that.  Not sure there's any offense that's better suited for it, but definitely go slow down.  Less possessions is better.

Good God, are you considering changing O/D for one game?  Do NOT do that.  But yeah, play slowdown.

slowdown can help

consider quirky use of defenses - like minus five - especially if the better team has only one outside threat - then double that guy when leading scorer and go minus

or consider shifting your distro in some odd way

OR consider surrender and just start your freshmen for that one game to boost their progress

Consider going with a different lineup than normal (if it makes some sense... not just for the sake of doing it), to change things up and give a different look than what the other team might be game-planning for.
