Who Done It? Ever wondered how your favorite TV or movie characters would do on the NBA hardwood or what you and your childhood friends would look like on this website and in the box scores and play-by-play? If you said yes, then join up:
After drafting your team, you will sitemail me your roster with a list of name changes. Pick a theme for your team and change all the players' names to something related to that theme. For example, you have 61-62 Wilt Chamberlain and 88-89 Michael Jordan, but you rename Wilt Scooby Doo and MJ Shaggy. After I receive aliases from all owners, Admin will change the players' names before the start of the season. For each game, the play by play and box scores will read Scooby Doo or whoever your respective aliases are.
At the end of the season, I will post the list of who was who in this forum. When you join, please state Your Theme (and your blacklisted player), so we don't end up with duplicate themes. Each theme can be used only once throughout the course of the league with one exception: League champions are allowed to repeat ANY previously used themes if they so choose.
There will be 24 new blacklisted players every season. Season 3 will have 96 total blacklisted players. Each owner gets to choose one man to blacklist per season. Get the names posted as soon as possible. Once that player is blacklisted, no one may use him and he is gone from the available player pool forever (or until a full restart). All blacklisted players are subject for approval (by the commish or by committee via sitemail) so please don't blacklist any guys who are commonly known as sim poisons (i.e. someone who hurts your team more than he helps it). If you're not sure if a player is considered a sim poison, ask.
Once the league is filled you may fill out your roster.
