For D2 teams to sign Top 150 position players? Im still learning the recruiting part so if anyone would be kind on helping me and sitemail me some advice on getting higher level undecided recruits that would be great. Thanks!!

It is possible, but there is not a set number for what ranking you can get. Even with an A+ prestige you may have the 175 ranked C reject you but the 140 ranked C give you a backup message.

The only way to really know is to send those calls first cycle and see who comes back with a positive response.

IT's gotten alot harder recently to even get backup messages from top 150 guys. I think they changed something within the last 4-6 months that has made it much more difficult. You may occassionally get one this high if you have a really good prestige.

They did nerf it some time back.  I once signed the #94th ranked SF at D2 (he later got drafted).  Ranked SFs are more likely to drop for some reason.  Even as an A+, I don't think I can get guys ranked better than #120 to consider me.  It also depends on proximity. 

Agreed. Getting #140 is a coup any more, and its usually because they are close. Even at A+ I've had #170 guys give me the finger while some haven't.. Like mjp8 said, spending the 10 bucks on a phone call is really the only way to know.

are you sure about this? i used to believe the same, but im almost positive now that it is not true. if the 180C rejects you, so will 179, 178,... HOWEVER, the 140 SG or PG might talk to you.

You might actually be right, I've been working under the idea that you could get some guys higher than others you can't get, but looking through my current recruiting there does seem to be a ranking number for each position where everyone above it rejected me.
