There's a player in my world whose OPS always under-performed his hitting attributes (at least so I thought). Turns out he spent a season in a hitter's park, now a season on an offense-oriented team and his production has gone up.

He had a similar combination of assets: good eye/contact/splits, RH, decent but not overwhelming power, and bad base-running. I think if you take any hitter with the first (good hitting skills) and improve just one of the other elements, he will turn into a great hitter.
