Comp Pick Re-Ordering Topic

I just found this out mainly cause I dont usually pay attention I guess, but before the draft the comp picks get reordered correct?

Well what do they use to re order them? 

Im assuming all type A gets pushed ahead of all the B's.

But how do they decided the order for the B's?

Worst record to Best record.
Example:

Team A had a previous season % of .250, 3 B picks
Team B .500 1 B Pick
Team C .700 2 B picks

Picks will be ordered: 

Team A 1
Team B 1
Team C 1
Team A 2
Team C 2
Team A 1
