Does anyone know why 1981 Mike Schmidts stats seem to be pro-rated by about 50%.  He only had 434 PAs in 1981 yet the Sim gives him 658.  Then in his Sim given actual stats the sim doesn't show his other numbers as being "pro-rated".  He does seem to be performing(performance history) rightly to about 50% more in all categories though.  Why does WIS do this, and why don't they pro-rate ALL of his actual stats on the actual stats page.(They don't do this for all guys that have played say 2/3 of a season like 1955 Ted Williams) Hoping someone knows.  

1981 was a strike year. The Phillies played 107 games, Schmidt played in 101 of them. 94.4% of his team's games... prorate to 162 and he played the equivalent of 153 games.

Williams played in 98 of Boston's 154 games. 

This also happens for 1994 and for all seasons where teams played less that 162 games. The sim prorates everything (2B, 3B, HR, SB) to 162 game stats.

Thanks guys, although I still think that they should show these pro-rated stats on the "actual stats page", (not just the PAs), this explains it. Thanks for the info.
